Ho ho ho!

Santa is in dire need of your help! His elves can’t keep up with solving all his puzzles, so he decided to contact Codam to have some very bright software engineers help him out. You know how it is with old people and computers. As compensation, he will be distributing coalition points:

To visualize the challenges, he has created a nice advent calendar where he will plug all the challenges every day till Christmas Eve. Of course, the closer Christmas Eve comes, the buzier elves will be and the harder your challenges will become.

Santa is counting on you!

All jokes aside, this year we will be actively awarding those who participate in the festive Advent of Code. Advent of Code is an Advent calendar of small programming puzzles for a variety of skill sets and skill levels that can be solved in any programming language you like.

You don't need a computer science background to participate - just a little programming knowledge and some problem solving skills will get you pretty far. Nor do you need a fancy computer; every problem has a solution that completes in at most 15 seconds on ten-year-old hardware.

Every day, two puzzles will be made available. Each of which will yield you one gold star. At the end of advent of code, we will distribute the coalition points according to the amount of stars earned per coalition. We will compute the final amount on the 27th of December.
